Every year, Grenoble Alpes welcomes nearly 60,000 students of over 180 different nationalities. This year, Grenoble was ranked 6th best student city in the country.

“Bienvenue aux étudiants Grenoble Alpes” is open to all students enrolled in a higher education establishment in the metropolitan area, on presentation of a certificate of enrolment for the 2025/2026 academic year. In case of high demand, some places will be reserved for students in their first year of higher education, as well as for new international mobility students from these establishments.
Registration opens on September 11, 2025. New offers will be published throughout the year.
