Grenoble Alpes Métropole welcomes its new students by offering free tickets and the opportunity to enjoy unique local experiences and share them with others. These offers are open to all students—newcomers eager to explore the area as well as long-time residents who want to rediscover their territory.
With more than 5,000 registered students from over 80 countries, “Bienvenue aux Étudiants Grenoble Alpes” has been a real success. The programme has allowed participants to discover the region through a wide variety of experiences:

Who can participate?“Bienvenue aux étudiants Grenoble Alpes” is open to all students enrolled in a higher education establishment in the metropolitan area, on presentation of a certificate of enrolment for the 2026/2027 academic year. In case of high demand, some places will be reserved for students in their first year of higher education, as well as for new international mobility students from these establishments. Registration opens on September 10, 2026. New offers will be published throughout the year.
